For more than 25 years, our teams at Empty Bottle, Thalia Hall, SPACE, and The Promontory have provided a warm and welcome retreat from the road for visiting artists. It all begins with serving up a delicious and unique meal. Sound Bites highlights this experience for the artists with a custom dish created by our chefs, driven by that home-cooked meal the artist craves most while on the road. The dish is featured on Dusek’s menu to share with the folks that make touring possible: the fans while proceeds from the dish go to a charity of the artist’s choice.
